Several of our users are getting an error when attempting to open the PG7 client.

[i]Fatal database error: 3050 Could not lock file. in Procedure: open_database Program Halted[/i]

This is only happening to 3 or 4 people out of a couple hundred. Any ideas on what to check would be appreciated.

Typically a network permission issue - make sure the user has full access across the network to the pagegatedata\database location
