In terms of SMS delivery, there are a few methods available that PageGate supports the necessary protocols and delivery methods for:

1) Messaging services like Twilio, Active911, I Am Responding, etc

2) Cellular Hardware
SMS capable cellular hardware comes in two varieties: cellular modem and cellular router/gateway.

A cellular modem connects to the system PageGate is installed on by USB or RS232 and provides a COM port in the operating system. If PageGate is running in a virtual environment, you can also connect a cellular modem to a COM port virtualizer that provides the COM port to the virtual machine. This grants PageGate access to the cellular modem, which allows it to send and receive text messages just like a cell phone does.

Good examples of cellular modem are:
Multitech's MTC-H5 and MTR-LNA4
US Robotics' USR3500
Microhard's IP4NG
AirPrime 73xx and 75xx
Skyus-DS

Cellular routers and gateways can be accessed by TCP, so you don't have to connect them to PageGate PC; they just need to be connected to your network and configured appropriately to receive messaging commands.

Good examples of cellular routers/gateways are:
Multitech's MTR-LNA4, MTR-LVW2 and MTR-LAT1
Airlink's GX450, RV50, RV55 and LX40
Microhard IP4nGii
Cisco 819G

3) Carrier enterprise system
Each carrier has their own version of the Verizon EMAG enterprise system. AT&T has their FirstNet, Sprint has their EMG, and so on. If you can gain access to the carrier enterprise messaging systems, PageGate does support the protocols to use them.

Though, with regards to the blacklisting issue, that usually happens for a few reasons we may be able to help you diagnose.

If you would, please email your c:\PageGateData\Logs\*.log files from the PageGate server to support at notepage dot com
