I am getting an error message when trying to print the group list in PG admin>reports>group list

The error message that I get is:
function address 0x780116cd caused a protection fault exception code
0xc0000005 the application property sheet may not function properly.

This issue does appear to happen intermittantly. I have not yet gotten an error when trying to print any other reports.

Thanks for the help!

Is this happening on the Server or using a Remote Admin or both?

What are the specific options selected in the "Group List" report?

What is the exact version number and modified date of the PageGate Admin executable "PGAdmin.exe"?

This has been happening on both the server and a remote admin (calling pgadmin.exe from another computer).
The file version of pgadmin.exe is 4.0.0.5 and the modified date is 7-4-02 this is also the created date.
Options chosen for the group list report are 'list by group' and 'print report' with a check mark in preview.

Thank you much for your assistance!

James

just as an addition the user being used for this operation is a domain admin on the network.

Thanks again.

I would recommend downloading and upgrading to the latest PageGate version 4 (file revision 4.0.0.91).
