Can not get Note Pager to run

I have been downloading notepager32 at least 10 times but it won't work. I can not get to the screen where you enter the text. Is there anybody out there that could send me the program on disk so I could load the program from there.

If you could provide more information, we may be able to troubleshoot the issue.

Which Operating System (Win95/98/ME, 2000, XP) are you using?
Is there an error message? What is the text of the error message?
What are the exact steps required to duplicate the issue?
