While attempting to run the PageGate Admin element, immediately after clicking I get a Fatal Error pop-up stating Unable to create bad message directory. Can you tell me what action is being attempted on startup and what is required so I can get this up and running again.

Thank you.

Are you trying to run PG Admin on the server or a workstation?

The PageGate Admin looks for the existence of several folders on start-up and if they don't exist, it attempts to create them. The directory it's referring to in this case is the 'badmsg' folder that's meant to be a sub-directory of the program's logging directory.

If you're using the default directories, it would be c:\PageGateData\Logs\badmsg\ on the server.

That was it thank you. We had a permissions issue at the C:\PageGateData directory.

Could these permissions revert on their own somehow? Did someone run into an issue like that?
