Here's what you'll want to do:
1) In Windows, browse in to your PageGate Database directory. (To verify what this directory is, open the PG Admin and go to Program - Settings)
2) Create a new directory and name it: Filters
Note: The name is case sensitive.
3) Open Notepad in Windows.
4) On each line of the file, enter a full or partial sender email address. Sender addresses are matched from the right, so if you were to put .com on a line by itself, that tells the program to block all .com addresses. In this particular case, you would just want to list each individual email address you want to block on a line by its own.
5) Save the file in the PageGateData\Database\Filters\ folder and name it BlockedSenders
Note: Set the "Files of Type" to All to make sure that Notepad doesn't put a .txt extension on the file. This is very important, the file must have no extension for PageGate to recognize it.
6) Stop, then restart the PageGate service to get it to initialize the new sender blocking settings. |

Is there something similar I can do to reject an individual pager number that would other wise be accepted due to the Ad Hoc table.
Ad Hoc table is set first id 4900000 last id 4909999
but I have a ID 4900443 which I need to block/reject as it is not a valid number (disconnected Pager number)

The easiest way to do that would be to break the ad-hoc table in to two.
So, you would have one entry that was 4900000 to 4900442 and a second entry that was 4900444 to 4909999, thereby excepting 4900443 from being a valid ad-hoc ID. |
