Migrating from PG5 to PG7. Unlike PG5, the PG7 Client GUI is now case sensitive when searching Recipient List. Its hard to search users with this restriction. Is there any workaround available?

Just to clarify, as you could potentially be referencing a few different things, when you mention that you're searching the Recipient List, what process are you going through?

In PageGate GUI Client application, I am using keyboard shortcut of Ctrl-R to set focus on "Recipient List (network)" and start to type the name of the recipient. If the name start with upper case, typing in lower case will not find that name.

PG Client Help->About shows I am using version 7.0 but it also shows the number 7.0.13 on the bottom left. Is that the latest version?

Issue resolved after reboot of the GUI Client.
