We've been going strong for years...changed router, now can't do any SMTP messaging. Have turned off firewalls on new router....any ideas?? Please...

If you would, please email the log from NotePager Pro to support at notepage dot com:

1) Open NotePager Pro

2) Go to View - Dialer Log.

3) Click on the Clipboard button.

4) Paste the log in to the body of an email to us.

Thread update:

The issue was caused by the router pulling new DNS settings and was resolved by updating the DNS entries in NotePager Pro.
