please help me? notepager 32 driving me nuts

I just downloaded notepager 32 to check it out, we use arch wireless pagers for work, and I thought it would be nice to be able to send from home. I can not get this to work please help.

NotePager32 originally connected to and communicated with the Carrier's TAP terminal, but the ID/Pin number that you used was incorrect. If you are using a 10 digit ID/Pin switch to 7 digits (or vice versa).

It looks as though you may have made Carrier settings changes between 9:39 and 9:51. If so revert back.
