Pagegate failure notification

I would like to know if there is a way to set up pagegate to notify an admin if pages or the program itself fails through either a helper app or pagegate itself.

Additionally:

Set up a new recipient named something like "failures" - I suggest an email address

Set each recipient to use THAT recipient for ailures
