AT&T users are not recieving SMTP messages

AT&T users are not receiving SMTP messages but are showing as sent successfully from pagegate. Is it possible AT&T is blocking these?

This could be caused by a few different things. Can you email the connector log that shows the AT&T transactions to support at notepage dot com so we can go over it? There are usually some clues buried in those specific message transactions.

Thanks for sending the logs over. Based on the logs, we can see where the connection was established with AT&T and we can see where each and every part of the command and response sequence is formatted properly. You're doing everything properly, as far as I can tell, and the AT&T messaging system is accepting the messages. They're even assigning tracking ID's to the messages.

If the people aren't actually receiving the messages, it means that something is happening to them on the AT&T side of things. What you may want to do is show them the logs and even go so far as to point out the acknowledgement of receipt and tracking ID. It may help them track down what's actually happening to your messages.
