|
|
Hello,
We have a Pagegate 5.0 license. For our fire service operators, we want the same address for all the sending from the email carrier. We have only one email carrier. Do we have a way to control the sending email address?
Thank you for your answer.
Best regards.

Which component of PageGate are you using to send the messages? The GUI Client, GetAscii, etc? |

If you go to the File - Setup section of the PageGate Client, you'll see the section to set a value for the Sender's Name. |

Hi dear support,
we 've got a problem with this procedure. With our version 5.0, the configuration doesn't seem to be considered. We can configure effectively the address. The parameter is fonctionnal until we close the client GUI. When we reopen it, the "sender's name" parameter is back to %LOGIN_NAME%.
We controlled too the state of the register and the key Sender in
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NotePage\NotePagerNet] is well valued. So the issue seems to be into the client GUI.
Do you have a explanation and a solution to our problem?

What Operating System are you using and are you logged in to Windows as an Administrator when you make that change? |
