If you would, go in to NotePager Pro and go to View - Dialer Log. Once there, click on the Clipboard button and paste the log in to a reply post, though you may want to edit out the cel phone numbers you're trying to contact. I'd like to see how NotePager Pro is passing the messages to the phone and what responses we're receiving from the phone.

This is the actual text sent TO the modem: "hello farrukh"

What was received by the recipient?

MANY cellular modems have the character set and language set by default to the country of origin - the documentation with your specific device should clearly advise how to change this via AT commands

RE: "when i send the message through sim device software. meassage shows on recipent cell phone in proper language"

This tells me that "device software" is inputting the commands required to change output language. Again, EVERY cellular modem I have worked with has documentation that describes how to set the language DEFAULTS - this must be done in order to effect the proper translation

RE: "I am using USB modem device for sim.

What is the USB Modem MANUFACTURER and MODEL number? There are hundreds of 3 and 3.5G HSPDA USB GSM cellular modems out there

Sorry - I am unable to help with hardware specific diagnostics without knowing the specific hardware make and model

You should check with the firm that supplied the hardware - they may know which one it is

1) DEACTIVATE the proprietary GSM device software (the one that you said successfully sent the message) - it reserves the COM port
2) OPEN the COM PORT the modem is installed on with Hyperterminal
3) Use AT commands (the SPECIFIC AT COMMAND required to change language settings id different for each make and model of device)
