Metro PCS messaging abruptly stops receiving

NPP had been working fine sending SMTP messages to Metro PCS phones in our system. They stopped abruptly a week or so ago. Tried talking to Metro people to see if any of their protocol's have changed. I might as well have been talking to my dog. Is anyone aware of any changes that could have affected our ability to communicate? We had recipient as 1234567890@mymetropcs.com HELP please!

That's a bit odd... if you would, please do this for me:

1) Open NotePager Pro.

2) Go to View - Dialer Log.

3) Click on the Clipboard button.

4) Open your email.

5) Create a new message and address it to support at notepage dot com

6) In the Subject line, enter: Forum Log

7) Put your cursor in the body of the message and hit Ctrl+V on your keyboard to paste the log in.

Send that to me, please.

About a month ago, we were successfully sending texts to T-Mobile phones with NotePager Pro. However, recently NotePager says the messages are sent successfully, but the recipients never receive the texts. This problem is only occurring with T-Mobile.

As we mentioned in the previous post, it'll be easier to figure out what's happening if we can take a look at the log. So, if you would:

1) Open NotePager Pro.

2) Go to View - Dialer Log.

3) Click on the Clipboard button.

4) Open your email.

5) Create a new message and address it to support at notepage dot com

6) In the Subject line, enter: Forum Log

7) Put your cursor in the body of the message and hit Ctrl+V on your keyboard to paste the log in.

Send that to us, please.
