Hello,
I downloaded NotePage 32, and tried to install. But it was not installed properly and now when I am trying to uninstall it, it is giving me error about not found a file name Install.log file.
I want to remove it from control panel, please help me how I do this?

| Are you logged in as an Administrator? Often times, that error is caused when you're logged in as a user with restricted rights under the User Accounts Control security feature in Windows 7. It restricts the add/remove programs ability to read the Program Files directory, which is where our program installs to by default and if the uninstall routine can't read the c:\program files\notepager 32\ folder, it can't read the uninstall.log file to remove the program. |

I am using Windows 7, and I am logged in as administrator. Just tell me in how I remove this software. I do not see any InstallLog file as it was not installed properly.
I want only Tech support not the sales or billing support.

| If the install.log file is gone, the easiest way to trick Windows in to letting you uninstall it would be, oddly enough, to install the program again only this time, install it to the c:\NotePager32\ directory instead of under Program Files. After that, the uninstall log should be accessible and the program can then be removed. |
