attemping to reset modem

when I send the message, log on connector show that "attempin to reset modem". I think this error message is cause of bad sending.

Please help to verify the error message.

Can you post the log from the program so we can see what's happening? Are you getting a specific error or is the modem just not responding to the reset request?
