Computer upgrade, now cannot program pagers

We started off with Pagegate 4. This year we upgraded to PG5.
In PG4 there was a DOS based program that was used in conjunction with the cradle to program the pagers. The PC that this program was on is failing and has been replaced. We attempted to install on the new unit, but this new machine is a Win 7 64bit unit. Compatibility mode does not work.

Is there an upgrade of the software so we can continue programing our pagers?

Who is the manufacturor of your programming jig? PageGate has nothing to do with that system.


Alternatively, what make/model pagers are you in need of programming?

The pagers and docking station are all Motorola Advisor II

OK - you CAN install the programming software on the new PC - just make sure you install it under the 32 bit program files section

Also - turn UAC OFF before installing
