Are you sending from the IP address you registered with Sprint? What are the symptoms: 1) Are you seeing the messages as SUCCESSFUL but the device is not receiving them? 2) Are the messages failing (and, if so, what reason do you see in the logs?)? |
Would you happen to the have the phone number or email where I can register my IP address with Sprint?

Send an email to Support@TeleMessage.com requesting the form to register for SPRINT EMG access
Once they send the form, you will need to complete it including the IP address of the Server. Their turnaround is reasonably fast (remember: it is currently friday afternoon on a holiday weekend as I type this)._________________ Aaron D. Osgood

Hello,
I received the user name and password from Sprint, however I'm using pagegate version 4.0 and it does not have a spot for the username supplied by Sprint, any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The username is what goes in the password field. Ignore the password they send to you, they don't reference it or use it. |

Thanks, I'm seeing if they will change my username now, PageGate will not take all the characters I have in my username. Thanks again

It looks like your log is a summary, if you will enter the PG on the management server to record - "Settings" section.
