What field does it use to dial and send the message (User or ID)?

I was wondering if you could clarify the question. It depends on which part of PageGate you're referring to as to how we trigger to send a message and how we populate the Sender's Name field.

What field does the connector or scheduler use to dial and send the message. I look in the users table and see some of the records don't have phone number in the ID field but when I send the message to that group, the message still goes through.

The recipient field is the field that the program looks at to know who to send the message to, if that's what you're asking?

No, the recipient is the full_name field in the users table.

My question is what field does the program (scheduler/dialer) use to send the message (the User field or the ID field in the Users table)? The reason I ask because I look in the users table and see some of the users records don't have anything in the ID field.

Err, no... the Full Name is the full_name field in the table. The recipient field is the user field in the table.

The program uses the user field, not the ID field. Groups are part of the users table but a group can't have an ID, which is why the program doesn't use it to key off of.
