Hi. We are evaluating Notepager pro. I am currently in the trial phase, and was able to get sms messages to my iphone once I added enterprise paging ($3/month) to my att account.

At first, everything worked fine. I then was reading on ATT's website that there was a way to receive responses back from them if you needed to obtain a senderID/pollerID. (ref: http://enterprisepaging.com/faq.jsp#06)

So, I went to that site, and registered my phone and created a pollerID and recieved a security code.

As soon as I did that, the WCTP protocol for sending messages stopped working.

Here is the log when it worked:
number has been removed/replaced with xxxxxxxxxx

I tried to get ATT to wipe the pollerID.. but have been given the run around from everyone. They say the phone is provisioned correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Andrew

What host are you using in the carrier settings?

I have tried those listed on the notepage site:
AT&T Wireless wctp.att.net/wctp 80 456
AT&T Wireless wctp.attws.net/wctp 80 300

as well as those on the att site:
TAP 888-298-3562, 408-961-2819 160 No No
SNPP http://snpp.att.net port 444 456 Yes Yes
SMTP mobilenumber@page.att.net 420 Yes Yes
WCTP http://wctp.att.net/WCTP port 80
https://wctp.att.net/WCTP port 443 456 Yes* Yes*

But I just solved my problem.

Drop the http://
input only the wctp.att.net/wctp page away.

Feel free to delete post- as it was operator error!

Andrew
