I have been paging members of our fire department that carry Cincinnati Bell Wireless phones for several years using their SMTP connection and utilizing the I.D as 10 digit@gocbw.com.

I have attempted to page these members several times today and receive an error message of "domain of sender address does not exist". I have not changed any of the settings in the Notepager Pro.

I contacted Cincinnati Bell and they advise that they have not changed any of their settings to allow access to their system.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

If you go into the settings of the carrier, what do you have specified for the Local Domain?

That error you're getting, "domain of sender address does not exist", is referencing what you've entered into the Local Domain field. I'd recommend cahnging that to the latter half of your office's email address and let's see if that helps.
