PageGate won't allow itself to be used as an open relay. So, if your GetMail Configuration's Local Domain is set to whatever.com, PageGate will accept any message you send TO PageGate for <name>@whatever.com

If, however, you tried to send a message to <something>@<anythingelse>.com, PageGate will reject the message as it's not a domain that the program has been told to monitor.
