I have notepager pro setup on my solarwinds orion server. Trying to configure notepage pro to send an SMS message to my AT&T Blackberry via a modem. I have verified the modem works by calling my blackberry from it. I have also verified that I can send sms text to my blackberry as well.

ATT will NOT accept inbound TAP messaging unless the receiving device has been subscribed to "Enterprise Paging" - they charge $10.00 per phone per month for access

Means we can not send sms with out the subscription.

NO - It meand you cannot send text messages via TAP to AT&T Devices unless the device is subscribed to AT*T Enterprise Paging. You CAN, however, send SMS from NotePager Pro or PageGate to the device via an attached cellular modem or, less reliably, via SMTP
