How can I send text messages through my Sprint U720 wireless broadband card?

You would configure your carriers to use the online protocols (SNPP, SMTP, and WCTP). That way, as long as your computer is connected to the internet, you can send your messages. Since the Sprint broadband card would connect you to the internet, it would allow you to send your messages.

How do I get a broadband connection in Delhi? I don't have a landline connection.. What will be the tariff for 1GB/2GB and unlimited plans?? Will it be much cheaper if I apply for a landline connection and then for broadband?

That would be a question for the wireless carrier in your area - we do not provide connectivity - our software solutions use your connectivity to process text messages
