Keep getting invalid ID/PIN number

I thought that the 10 digit cell number would be suffice for WTCP/? Any suggestions? Do we need to enter a password for the carriers?

Depends on what the wireless carrier is looking for. The ONLY cellular carrier that supports WCTP is ATT - and ONLY for phones subscribed to their "Enterprise Paging" service (at about $10 per phone per month)
