I am setting up the GetWeb interface. I would like to use the oncall feature but need to be able to set up some sort of reoccuring schedule. It seems with in the PG adming I can only select certain days of the week. I would like to say person A has the first week of every month or every 5 weeks etc. Is this possible?

Currently, the on-call system in Pagegate isn't calendar based, it's day of the week based. So, unfortunately, right now, it isn't really possible to specify that person A has the first week of every month or every 5 weeks, etc.

Yes please do. We have a team of 6 or so people that rotate on call duties and this would be great.

What exactly does the on call functionality within advanced options do? I am not sure I understand. Does it mean that between certain hours that you specify the on call person is paged instead of the group members?

Well, no. The on-call schedule is to setup a time when certain recipients within a group shouldn't receive messages. So, if I set up an on-call schedule for a recipient named support2 from 8AM to 8PM, that means that any pages that go out between 8:01 PM and 7:59 AM will not go to the support2 recipient.

I would like to have this feature too!
We have 4 people that are on call every 4 weeks. This would keep everyone from being paged/emailed/test messaged just the on call person.

In a perfect world it would link to an outlook calendar or a CSV/txt file
