| I have Pagegate v4 installed on a Wndow 2000 server. When I add a recipient and select the getmail or getascii boxes, the settings are not being saved.

If you are using the evaluation version of PageGate, it will only let two recipients be active for each interface.
Your best bet may be to email us (forumsupport@notepage.com) and request a evaluation key. The evaluation key will allow you to run PageGate with no restrictions for 30 days |

| This is a registered product. On the registration screen none of the selection boxes (client, getmail, getascii etc) are checked and I am not able to select any of them. Is this the problem.

| I sounds like a problem with the registration key. Can you email (forumsupport@notepage.com) a screen shot of your registration screen? |

| For those following this post, the customer had purchased PageGate without any interfaces. I believe they are ording one or more interfaces for their PageGate server. |
