PageGate services stops running

Hello,

The pagegate services stop running. In the GetAscii log file is says
Module stopped:Evaluation version run for 4 days. But I have purchased and installed a license for 5 users. When I checked the services all the pagegate services were stopped.

Why would it be saying this is an evaluation version when I have installed a license for 5 users.

The getASCII module is an option as well - did you purchase that option?

If you can tell me the name or company name that the program is registered to, I can look up the registration key and let you know if you have the GetAscii module licensed.

I did not realise that the GetAscii Module was a seperate license. Strencom is the company name and we are back in Cork in Ireland.

Upgrade the GetAscii or Commandline/ASCII Interface for $50.00 USD at http://www.notepage.net/upgrade-order-forms.htm

On the PageGate Upgrade & Addons webpage, uncheck any options that are not required (i.e. Upgrade version 4.x to version 5 of PageGate...).

You will need the PageGate Serial Number, which is located in the PageGate Admin module's Registration screen (upper right side).

PageGate's Interfaces are each priced separately from the Pager License so you only pay for the Interface(s) that are required.
