Does anyone know the Xfinity Carrier Settings for sms?

I am trying to get our QED CAD to send dispatch run times to a HP Printer that has a Eprint.com email address.

it works going to a my email address but not to the printer. I spent hour with a HP Chat group trying to figure it out with no luck.

Please help.

Our Agency Switched to ATT. ever since we have noticed that the text messages do not show a from Cumberland911@co.cumberland.nj.us like it does with other carriers. we now get a different number each time we recieve a text message from the Page Gate software. Here are the numbers from last text messages I got.

it keeps going as if it is a message ID. This makes it difficult to save the contact so we can add a ring tone to the sender.

What is the correct settings for Trac Phones to receive text messages?

Our Client states they no longer receive text messages.

he is currently set up to email to : @txt.att.net

The Verizon phones are Droid X & RSD2. I have not recieved any for other phones or carriers.

I am in the same boat...

I am getting reports of text messages being cut off.

This what the user should have received that is sent automatically from our CAD system for a Dwelling Fire:
E911:T3211_DWELLING_(Upper Deerfield)51 Vilms ST / LEYS RESD_2011-03-14 19:12:28_

This is what they got:
(Upper Deerfield)51 Vilms ST / LEYS RESD_2011-03-14 19:12:28_

The E911:T3211_DWELLING_ is cut of the message they are recieving.

This is not a system wide issue. Do you know of any issues with Verizon or Droid. All of the users that have reported the above issue have Verizon Android Phones.
