| We are using Pagegate 4 client. I'm just starting to work with Vista and cannot get Pagegate client to work. It would not install directly with vista. I installed it in comapatibility mode for xp sp2. When I try to run the application I get Error # 6 Overflow in Procedure: isfile.
Should I be using another version for Vista, or is there some workaround for this? Thanks |

| Ok. All looks well in the database. I also shared the folder. When I try to connect a client, it gives me an error- "Access Denied - Unable to access the paging server's database. This is usually caused by insufficient rights to the file."
I gave all domain users full access to the entire share, including child objects, but it still gives this message. What did I miss ? |

| I need to move pagegate server to another machine.
What files do I need to copy in order to transfer all of my settings. Also, what is the easiest way to deploy the settings changes to the clients so they will connect to the new server? Thanks |

| Sorry. I seem to have given the wrong impression of what I need to do.
I need my users to have access to the options button so that they can schedule pages to occur in the future. The problem I have discovered is that any user can view the scheduled pages and modify or delete them. That would be ok for the person who originally sent the page, but nobody else should be able to modify or delete it. Is there a way that I can configure pagegate to restrict access to modifications/deletions based on the userid ? |

| We have just started using pagegate. I found that if a user enters a scheduled page, another user can alter or delete the page from the schedule. Is there a way I can set permissions so that only the original sender can modify or delete the page ? | |
