Every time a page is sent to a group, each person in that group is getting duplicate pages. Is there a setting or programming issue that I am missing for this not to occur?

I changed it to 160 for carrier and recipient, it is still happening.

It seems, when my staff types a message that has a high number of characters, the message doesn't come fully through. It gets cut off. This is happening no matter if it is going to an email,pager, and or text. Does anyone know why it happens and how to correct this?
