We run a disclaimer add on with our Exchange server but this is on a different box. The odd thing is the messages are all the same size for each vendor.

The issue we are having is the size of the file being reported. Verizon states once the connection to them is made, their system tries to process a large file from 4 to 10 mb. However we are sending a simple text file with no attachements. Can you advise on what may be causing the file size issue? Example below:

Were seeing delays sending to Verizon cellular via smtp. Verizon suggested we change our smtp setting from 8 bit mime to 7 bit ASCII. I cannot find anywhere to do that.

We're running Pagegate v 5.0

We receive data via GetTap and send it back out either WCTP or SMTP to various providers. Often, we will see data come in via GetTap and a message will be sent out SMTP but the content will be blank. It is not logged as an unsuccessful message because it does go out, just blank. Then, more data will come in via GetTap and sent back out to the same SMTP address and go out just fine. We have the "drop non-printable characters" box checked. Need help in where to look next.
