hi

on a newly installed pagegate server i get db errors when i start pgadmin
after googleing the error message i changed the region and language formats to en/us then the pgadmin run successfully.

after having this issue gone away i discovered a new issue: the pgscheduler terminates saying also something about time formats.

this is the error message i get in pgsched.log
19.06.2013 18:48:31 Program Halted. Database error: 3075 Syntax error in date in query expression 'time_stamp < #06.19.2012 18:48:31#'. in Procedure: repeat_timer

i started having just the os installation in english and everything else in german/swiss and it didnt worked.
my system now runs on english with everything english beside the keyboard settings and ist still not running.

i also tried to re-install pg using different regional settings combinations but without success.

what do i miss here to get it working?
