| Is there a "direct" tech support number to call instead of using this forum? I have yet to hear back from anyone on this issue. Yesterday i resent the logs to no avail. Last night PageGate crashed on us again with the same error! We have a 24/7 Call Center that is dependent on this program....we need to have this resolved! | |

| I also have PG set to run as Application instead of service. We recently migrated over to 2K3 from XPSP2 and started experiencing the PGSched error 1000, "Faulting application PGSched.exe, version 4.0.0.9, faulting module msjet40.dll".....what's the fix? | |

| We are currently using an outdated PowerPage 2000 solution for our enterprise and are looking into migrating to PageGate. What's the easiest way to migrate over the DB tables from PowerPage 2000 to PageGate? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! | |
