I am trying to schedule a page to be sent out today at noon. Every time I click options set the date for 2/27/08 at 12:00 PM and click apply When I check scheduled messages it says it's going to send it out at 2/28/08 12:00am. I've tried two different computers with the same result. One 2003 Server, One XP SP2. If I select 1pm it does it fine. Is this some sort of Bug?
