Hello,
We have Solarwinds NPM 10.1 installed on Windows 2008 Enterprise Server 32 bit OS. USB modem 'isurf' is installed on the same systeam on COM4. Using 'isurf' software i am able to send and receive SMS correctly. NotePager Pro is installed on the same system. When we try to send SMS message using GSMAT protocol to valid mobile number we receive '???' instead of actual message i.e. 'Test 12345'. We have checked using hyper terminal that modem communication and GSMAT command support - we are receiving OK response, that means modem and GSMAT is working and supported. Once i am able to send SMS using NotePager Pro, i need to integrate NotePager Pro with Solarwinds NPM 10.1. Request your urgent help to resolve this issue. Thanks & Best Regards, Pratik D Shah |
