Hi there,

We use Pagegate v8.
As of Sunday @ around 12:40 pm (uk time) it stopped sending SMS alerts through.

The SIM has been tested in a phone and works fine, the provider has confirmed no barring on the account etc.
All hardware has been re-booted.
SMS box has been disconnected/re-connected

A Windows update that had installed due to patching on the same day has been uninstalled:
