| Hello
I currently have PageGate setup and working to send pages via TAP to Verizon devices and to T-Mobile devices using SMTP. Having to send pages to the T-Mobile devices presents an issue as we are monitoring our network infrastructure. It looks like PageGate looks up the mail server for T-Mobile and sends the message directly to the server. If our Internet connection goes down or some other device - we would not receive the SMS. I would like to get a dial-up account with some ISP and have PageGate make the connection through the modem to the ISP when it needs to send a page via SMTP. Is there a method to configure PageGate to use a dial-up connection and connect to an ISP to send the message? Thanks in Advance for any help! Rob |
