Found it myself - the server itself was pointing to the default database created upon installation, not the 'live' database!

I am having the same issue. The Pagegate server service and scheduler service are both running, and the client is pointing to the correct location for the database. What else could cause this problem?

I've talked to about 6 'technicians' from Arch, no one has ever heard of WCTP

I am having this same issue. I have the host set up as wctp.arch.com/wctp, port 80. Every time I send a page , I get the message : wctp-Failure errorCode="403" errorText="The subscriber ID is invalid. Sorry
I have tried the 7 digit pager number as well as the 10 digit number.
Any ideas on what is wrong?

I'm using version 4.0 and the file I'm exporting from is an AirSource file, so I'm sure it will need to be tweaked before it's 'importable'

I'm trying to import a group membership file into PageGate, I need the file/field layout for the file I'm importing.
