HI All,
I have a quick question regarding the use of the notifywhendelivered parmatere within the wctp-submitrequest tag.

is the only way to implement delivery notifications to thesender using submitrequest by the use of an automatic delivery notification sent to the senders applications once the message has been delivered?

I'm assuming so b/c submitrequest does not allow for returning of a trackingnumber when teh message is submitted.

wctp protocol is very vague on this.
