PageGate shows that messages were successfully sent, but the messages are never received by the sender.

It is also noted that in the new version (10) the GetAscii is not running and when I try to start it from Services it starts then stops with the message;

"The PageGate GetAscii service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

Any help would be appreciated.

We are in the processing of decommissioning the server that PageGate Version 7 currently runs on. We have purchased Version 10 and will be installing it on a new server. Is it possible to transfer my settings, users, and groups to the new server, and between the version and if so how?
