| I upgraded to version 5 last Friday. It seems to have corrected my problem with the PGMailServer dying. Thank you very much for your assistance. Now I’m seeing some behavior that is probably just my ignorance.
Currently PageGate receives messages exclusively through SMTP and we send out using only SMTP via the Internet to the various providers, <cell number>@vtext.com <cell number>@txt.att.net etc. I am seeing several messages where the subject has been dropped once it reaches the cell. Prior to the upgrade the subject did come across. I did verify that the box for “Send Subject” was checked in the recipient record. The other issue is that if there is a colon in the message everything prior to the colon is dropped. Thank you Tom Young Highmark BCBS |

| After weeks of discussion I received approval to purchase the upgrade to version 5 and the order will be placed today. I would like to take advantage of your offer to provide an evaluation key until I get the code from our purchase. Although I may have the purchased key before I do the upgrade I would like to be prepared just in case. | |

| I have already started the wheels turning to purchase the upgrade. In the meantime is there anything you could suggest that I check? | |

| Recently our PageGate Server (ver 4) started throwing errors on the PGMailserver.exe. Our Windows admin group looked at the issue are unable to determine a cause much less a solution. PageGate is running on Windows server 2003. The text is of the error is below:
"Faulting application PGMailServer.exe version 4.0.5.0, faulting module unknown version 0.0.0.0 fault address 0x00000000." This is showing up in the application event log. Any assistance you could provide would be great. Thank you Tom Young |
