| We have over 700 groups setup in PageGate. We use a "catch-all" mailbox, and send the message to the group as an email. PageGate checks the catch-all box and sends to the proper group.
Example: GRP001 may have 30 people. We send an email to GRP001 @ domainname . com. Since our mailserver does not find an email address of GRP001, it hold the mail in the "catch-all" box. PageGate checks and removes anything in the catch-all box every minute. If the email address matches one of our groups, PageGate sends the message out. |

| Both the snpp.nextel.com and pecos.nextel.com
Right now I'm trying to narrow the problem down to the area where the phones are. I'm thinking this might be isolated to two certain areas here in Ohio. |

| Anyone else having trouble with sending to the Nextel SNPP? It's been wierd here for the last week or so. Sometimes it goes through and sometimes it doesn't. Tonight, all of my Nextel subscribers failed. | |

| We did a quick test on this "new" find, and it doesn't work any better/worst then using the pecos.nextel.com SNPP connection. Comes through on a phone the exact same in both cases. | |

| We have a form our dispatchers use to send out pages. He is accessing the form from his phone. When he submits the form, it sends the data to our POP3 account. PageGate takes that and resends the page to the proper group.
Now! The form has a FROM address, different from his phone, but I don't know if his phone address is buried within the data somewhere. That's what was making me think that he's not getting what he's sending out. |

| We don't use TAP at all. And we've tried everything else to make sure there isn't a problem with his account in our system. I can send directly to him, from PageGate, without any problems, I can send to him from my phone, without any problems, and from Outlook Express, without any problems.
I starting to believe, that if HE send to our system, his phone is blocking the return. Almost as if he has something set to NOT receive a response to him own page. |

| Is anyone aware of a different way to get a page to a SprintPCS phone, other then:
10digitphonenumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com I have a user who has the Sprint PPC-6700 phone, who uses a form to send pages to our system. He is not getting any page back from our PageGate system, even though it's sending to him at the above email address. |

| We've been getting "unrecognized mail format" messages when someone uses Yahoo Mail to send into our PageGate system.
Now, just starting today (9-24-05) , we're getting the same message when someone send into our system using their ameritech.net email account. I do know that the Ameritech email goes through Yahoo's mail servers, so that may be where that's coming from. Has anyone else had this problem? Will this be addressed in an update to PageGate? |

| Thanks Aaron, I was not aware of that issue. All of the people we send to must be former AT&T customers, because I've not had any rejects, as of yet. | |
