My Question, is can Notepage ( or somebody else) share their Carriers settings from their DB or in TXT file. This would enable us to get the integration done quicker and avoid and provide us with best ( working) known carrier settings.

thanks in advance.

Hey,

We are working to evaluate the pagegate software for our complete system.

Integration on the sent side is not clean to our integration but it still is ok...

Question is:
Can notepage provide us with all the necessary settings for the Various Carriers. It might not be the best case for us to go and find all the necessary settings for all the various carriers......Getting it from you guys, will assure us that it is a well tested and any known previous issues would have been resolved and integrated.......

For Eg: we use the WCTP setting on your website for USA mobility and spend like 2 hours to find out that it was incorrect......
http://www.notepage.net/wctp.htm

Is there a way to export all the settings for the carriers straight into our system or can you atleast provide us a print out with all the details...

Regards

But I believe that ad-hoc is only supported for pagegate with 5000 users and above......

Is their a way for us to be able to test that now before we purchase the product and move to the next step..........

Currently the pagegate server provides response by saying successful or failed.........Also it says successful when actually the message has only been queued for delivery to the pager.....

Is there any way to get more response per message.....queqed, delivered, read, acknowledged......etc. I beleive WCTP provides all this.........

Also, where can we read the log files for all the transmission.........Is the .txt file under pagegatedate the only place..........that will need that we have to continuously poll the txt file...which might not be a good thing to do.......

regards

We want to be able to send messages, by writing straight to the Access Database......Which is pretty straightforward and easy.....

The problem is that we want to be able to write to the database the pager number (and not previously saved recipient) and the carrier name( with all the previous information saved)....basically don't want to replicate our complete database on the access side..........

Our data is stored on the same server on SQL and its a nightmare to keep our data synced up with SQL and access....

Is there an integration document that can be used as reference? So far we could only find this link http://www.notepage.net/download/pgintegration.txt
which is a txt file, not very comprehensive.
