| Hello,
I have Pagegate running but yesterday our server rebooted and now pagegate keeps giving the error "Halted: Database error: 3144 Syntax error in UPDATE statement. in Procedure: Send GSM" This happens everythime the server reboots without stopping the Pagegate services. Does anybody know why this happens and is there someway to stop it from happening again if the server reboots without stopping th epagegate services? Thanks for you help. |

| I did not realise that the GetAscii Module was a seperate license. Strencom is the company name and we are back in Cork in Ireland.
Thanks. |

| Hello,
The pagegate services stop running. In the GetAscii log file is says Module stopped:Evaluation version run for 4 days. But I have purchased and installed a license for 5 users. When I checked the services all the pagegate services were stopped. Why would it be saying this is an evaluation version when I have installed a license for 5 users. thanks. |

| I re-installed the Connectivity cable drivers and also one of my colleagues had installed other modem software on the box as well while I was out of the office on holidays and I did not know about that. So I removed that as well and then after it started to work.
Thanks again for all your help. |

| No I did not stop the USB controller through Windows. I just turned the phone off.
This morning I stopped the USB controller through windows and disconnected the cable and then connected the cable to another USB port. It then came up on COM port 4. I then change the serial port on the Connector to 4 but I'm still getting the Database Syntax error 3144 |

| In Ireland all cellular numbers begin with a "0"
When I was changing the SIM I turned off the cellular phone. Thanks for your continued help. |

| It is a Nokia 6230. It is the same phone I was using when it was working. The server recognises the Modem on COM3. I have setup COM3 in the Connector 1. | |
