Thanks for your idea, Aaron. PageGate is used as a secondary paging system for HP Openview when monitoring the network. A primary paging server is direct connected to the Zetron system for use by our call center and general users for all other paging throughout the hospital.

The first log was from a early failure. I have since changed the init string to the ones listed in my second post. I am changing the connection and recipent carriers back and forth from my working system and the new failing system, since I only have one dialer.

Init String - AT&F0Q0V1X4&D2&B1&K0&M0&N1

The line is available from an outside line and I will get you those details the first thing tomorrow morning. It is getting late in the day here and I want to leave PageGate to the working carrier for our nightly emergency pages.

I will post the outside line tomorrow and work with you then.

We are dialing in to the Zetron with a MultiTech MT1932ZDX modem.

We are not using a direct RS-232 connection.
