We mostly page to Verizon and metrocall only. Those are the only 2 IMPORTANT ones. If I can send metrocall to one modem and Verizon through another, then this may solve my problem. I want to send metrocall pagers with SNPP though so what do I need to do

My agency sends multiple pages out using metrocall SNPP and VTEXT.com. Is there a way to speed up pages for 100 or more people. Also is there a way to tell pagegate to send pages to certain providers first. Can I send to metrocall members first then verizon pagers last? Also will pagegate send pages through 2 or more dialers simultanously? This may fix that problem if I set them all to dialup and use all 16 dialers.

Right now it takes an average of 1min to send a page. When there are 82 people in a group then it take s82mins to send apage and by that time my chief is yelling wondering where his page is.

Any help would be appreciated

Our CAD software people have worked with you on integrating your product into our cad. Is there a way to monitor the pages successful or not without physically going to the pagegate server and watching it. The dispatchers need a reply if the page went or not. They page through our cad not through the client software.

Which log do you need, the pgdial1.log is too big 4.61 mb. I can try to cut it down if you need me to!

Last night the dispatchers attempted to send several pages and were unsuccessful. I checked the system and cancelled the pending pages. I then attempted to send a test page to myself with no lick. I watched the monitor and noticed the page was accepted but nothing happened. when I reset the server the pages were sent with no problems. Can you help me with why this happened as it is not the first.

I noticed it says 1 so I guess I willl use it for something else. Thanks

I have 2 modems connected but I can only start one dialer. How do I make it accept both?

OK, I have them set to 240 but when i send a page longer than that it will cut off the rest of the message, past 240, and willnot send another page. Is it supposed to resend the rest of the message?

Is notepage capable of splitting a message that exceeds the maximum limt. I have a program that will do this now, just wondering if it is possible.

When I failover to a dialup connection the modem dials out and connects but then says bad id or message. I can send a message to the same id through snpp with no problems. I have adjusted my setting for the pager co and it still doesn't work. I have one company that it doesn't even connect to but it works on another paging program with the same settings.Any ideas?
