thanks again for the information, not sure that solution will work either due to low or no Mobile signal access from server's location, but will put some more thought into it...

Thanks for the info, we are using Eircom and a number they provided for Internet Access. I am trying to see if they have a specific number for a TAP terminal right now. If they do not have a TAP terminal are there other ones that we could leverage in Ireland?
