I want to send a text message to a cell phone. Using SMTP is for email. How do I send a text to a mobile number?

Here is what I get

When I ran the test for the Carriers it failed that part. Will it still work?

I am testing your software for our church. I am trying to setup the SNPP for ATT. What password do I use or how do I get access to this service. I have a ATT mobile with unlimited texting. Do I need to sign up for another service with ATT?
