I've talk with our mail server and network guys and the told me to use port 26.

Still does not work.

They asked me why it can't just use our smtp server to send mail just like other sendmail products. It there any option or check box to check and/or uncheck and tells the system to not try to reach companies smtp servers?

I just try to send to pagers using their e-mail address instead of pin id.
It works fine if e-mail adresses are in our own organization but as soos as I try to reach a pager with an address outside our organization, it fails.

What is the next step and how much does it costs?

I've forgot to mention that whne I'm using PageGate Admin to "check" again ASCII checkboxes and apply it, it works.

I quit PGADMIN and enter again and checkbox remains uncheck

Hi,

I'm using pagegate with ASCII option

All my recipients have the ASCII checkbox checked

For some reasons, and I don't know why, some recipients loses their check in the ASCII checkbox.

Any help?
